In the heart of the Boulogne Valley, the Historial de la Vendée invites you to explore 7,000 years of history in a museum like no other. From Prehistory to the dawn of the third millennium, you will become participants in the eras that you cross thanks to an innovative museography that will make you change your mind about museums !
Unique in France: the children's museum offers a fun exhibition to learn all about the sea.
The Historial de la Vendée comprises :
- 7 thematic exhibitions: Geology, Prehistory, Antiquity, Medieval Millennium, Modern Period, Vendée War, 19th and 20th century,
- An interactive museum, with more than 3,000 artefacts and collectables exhibited.
